This store is amazing they literally have everything your smoking heart desires! Huge selections to choose from and budget friendly. Also Colin is very knowledgeable and helpful his patience with me was out of this world. They have great deals especially if you become a rewards member. I love deals and coupons! This is my #1 store now. Best customer service I have seen in a long time.

False advertizment and iresponsablen they say there open a 9am and its 9:03 and nobody is here very iresponsible lack of interest and respect to customers i would give them zero stars if i could

Went to check out the London store shortly after it opened. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was helped by Austin and he was patient while answering questions and was very well informed on all the products I was interested in.

My experience in the store was awesome 👍. Staff was very professional, friendly and was able to answer my questions about any of the items throughout. Very clean store. Good positive atmosphere. I would suggest this store to all family and friends 😊
