I love Zen Leaf’s delivery service!!! I have trouble being out of the house so this is a life changer. They have great sales on shatter my preferred medicinal product. They always have shatter which isn’t the case with other dispensers. They have my favorites in stock and deliver. A win win. Jason does a great job. He keeps you updated on his expected arrival.time. He arrives in the time frame he stated. He is also a really nice guy with a great personality. This is my 2nd delivery and I forgot to rate Jason’s work the first time. What I’ve written above applies for that visit as well.

William was so helpful and patient with me today. Can’t review the product as I have not tried it but I appreciate the customer service experience I received very much. The young lady at the door was also awesome! So nice to have a friendly smiling staff member greeting customers.

BE AWARE: Hours have changed! They close around 8:50pm, not 9pm like the website says. Used to love this place, they’re honestly great, but they turned me away at the door and claimed they only take Mobile orders in the last 10 or so minutes. Not asking them to make me a meal or anything, just wanted to buy some flower. Total bummer.

Excellent service! Had a problem with one of the third-party sites, and Collin and his team were patient and professional listening and handling the issue. I was able to leave a happy customer. Their prices are already hard to beat and after this experience, I’d solely continue to shop based on the customer service experience - the low prices are a bonus!

Steven was friendly and very helpful. I was looking for something specific to help my husband with pain, and Steven took the time to explain several options. I never felt rushed or like I was asking a stupid question. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for alternative self care. Ask for Steven!
