Kevin was awesome and very helpful. He just seemed so happy to greet me and take care of me at the counter. I asked for some recommendations and he helped me out a lot. Was so nice to talk to, he made the experience top notch.

His insights were very helpful, and I understood things in a new way after the discussion. This Pilsen dispensary establishment is my favorite in the City.

She kept me updated the whole time and even reached out to let me know once the cameras were back up and running. My first experience over at Zen Leaf Pilsen had really expanded my interest in THC products. Armando provided a great amount of insight and products that he recommended for me. Especially for the kind that helps me sleep and the kind that helps with creativity. The prices are fair and I feel a lot better as a result. I highly recommend for anyone who needs good THC products from pens or edibles. Armando in particular really went far and beyond for recommendations for customers. He’s the guy.

I’ve always had good experiences until today. I think this establishment shouldn’t have “managers” that have no type of customer service skills. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years I was surprised at her lack professionalism it was as if it was a bother for her to talk to me. She was very dismissive and just plain rude. I wish I would’ve gotten the managers name since she was the only issue (she was short with blondish money pieces) The young lady at the desk was really nice and she’s the only reason I didn’t leave 1 star instead.

Tameka was wonderful every upbeat and very informative she really took her time answering all my questions and explained everything to me in full detail it is my first time ever going into one of these types of places and cause of Tameka and the energy she has I will be definitely be coming back to zenleaf thank you so much Tameka 10/10 service
