Just moved and this was the closest store that showed on maps, went by to get what I need, have been shopping at a different store that is now further than I can drive. I am in their compassionate care program, guy that was working said he was new and that the program only applied at the store I had been shopping at before. He gave me a small discount but told me to reapply for that store or talk to the owner about it. Edit.......Response to comment from owner, per customer care email, the discount is accepted at ALL stores without reapplying and to let them know if store says otherwise. I will find a way to go elsewhere at this point.

Love this store! Employees are always friendly and helpful. They ask questions and make suggestions based on what will be best for what you're looking for, not the biggest price tag. They are also generous with samples and don't try to push sales.
Bonus: a Frenchie dog named Biff "works" there & loves people

I’ve been twice so far and both times have been a great experience. The employees are kind and genuinely care and are passionate about their products. They answered all my questions and helped me find the best product for me. I didn’t feel stressed or pressured to buy anything.
I took a sample of one of the tinctures in the shop, and thirty minutes later felt all the stress leave my body. It worked quickly and effectively. I will definitely go again.
