Very horrible customer service. Bought one vape and thankfully tried it before leaving store bc it didn't work. Gave them one more try charged me almost 30 bucks for Geek bar and didn't get halfway thru juice and stopped working. Went to store yesterday and tried telling the guy behind counter and he was incredibly rude and made it seem as if it's my fault I have had two bad experiences with their vapes. I never once asked for a replacement I just was informing him of the issue. I will never go back here. Horrible customer service. Over priced and overall bad products. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Ronnie, was a great help! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He cut me a great deal too!
