They will assume you are committing card fraud if you pay with card there. No other retailer I have ever done business with assumes I am committing fraud over a $5 purchase.
I have been shopping at this location for approx 20 years, and have probably spent several thousand with them. I will never come back.

Had an awesome amazing experience here!! The store is so cute and nicely placed!! The staff was phenomenal very nice, knowledgeable and overall gave great customer service. Me and my Partner lives in Dallas and we will be coming back to Plano just for this place!! Loved it!!!

They check your debit/credit card and ID to see if the details match…what are you?? The fraud department at a bank now?? Or a smoke shop??
NEVER EVER have I had to do that anywhere for whatever reason.
And the reason they gave is flimsy….the worst experience ever!!
I just didn’t want to drive elsewhere, I wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase…I didn’t see them check the other people in the store - must be the skin color…discrimination at its finest!!
Go elsewhere for peace of mind.
