I purchased a product in store on Saturday, asked if it was charged and they said all products come with a charge. When I left the store, the vape was not pulling but I assumed it was because the battery was dead. I brought it home and charged it and it still would not work. Just went to the store and Cal basically said 🤷🏻 “we can’t help refund or replace once you leave the store” even though when he sold it to me, he said nothing about trying it out in store. I asked to speak to a manager and he said they didn’t have a manager because the previous manager broke company policy. I ask led who enforces company policy without a manager and he said that him and the other two people that work there do. He just kept insisting that it’s company policy to not refund or replace when no one said anything about me trying before I left. Extremely unprofessional and childish response.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would. Recently moved from out of state and since day 1 this store has been #1. Curtis has helped me since day one. Never going to another store!! Thank you!

Great Products, Myself & my Wife purchased 2 packs of pods from Cal (who is extremely rude)which we left on the counter. Do not get out to Riverside often & did not realize until we got home on north side & immediately called shop my wife was told they were not there after some reluctance and insinuating we actually had the pods my wife was told to come back and get the pods. Upon returning (have 2 yr old who I stayed home with) different guy now as they were changing shifts Cal was still there my wife was told very rudely not to make this a habit (have spent a verifiable couple grand in that store ) again as if we have the pods my wife was adamant they check the camera and was told they have no access at this point my wife is appalled. (Cal said nothing during the interaction) To imply that we would steal is completely unprofessional again have spent a verifiable couple grand! A Total Disappointment. On A Positive Note Violet Has Always Been A Great Help.
