Was using this shop almost exclusively and was recently sold a bad vape. I was on a trip to Orlando and when I got down there the vape wouldn’t charge or turn on. Got back a week later and tried going to swap it out but the guy said he couldn’t help me and that once a customer walks out with the product there’s nothing that can be done for refund or exchange. For as little business as they do, you’d think customer retention and satisfaction would be important but obviously not. Absolutely ridiculous and they’ve now lost my business, Azeus is far better! Fact is you sold me a shotty product. It was actually the way you handled the whole thing, both when you sold it to me and rushed me out and when you shut me down and turned me away when I finally managed to time it right to get back up there when you were in. That’s why I’m not coming back and your continued negativity toward a customer (even former) is evident I made the right choice. Sorry I trusted your business to sell a product that worked and even more sorry that I thought you’d be open to a conversation letting me explain myself. I’ve never tried a disposable in store cuz I buy them before my old one runs out. Not everyone is stuck on the Island all the time either, I travel sometimes which means I’m gone anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks… apparently that’s stupid of me and makes me a bad customer somehow? That’s fine, Azeus already told me they would’ve made it right if it was from their store and they appreciate my money regardless of intellect. Huge difference in terms of caring about the customer and having strong business ethics. Ultimately, BBB/Attorney General and bank disputes are my last line of defense when a business does me wrong. Incredible experience! Awesome store!! 12/10 would recommend! Will only buy from Wade’s—> super speedy responses on every inquiry of inventory. Notified me immediately step-by-step of the way when anticipated shipment of Illadelph glass. When I arrived to the store the piece we spoke of not only was held specially for me but set out and was waiting my arrival. Very kind and friendly staff. Stay loyal to your local community by buying beautiful pieces handmade in the USA, some even made right down the road in St. Augustine and avoid cheap products from other countries that were made quickly.
