I have been coming & doing business with this shop for over a year always had a good experience everybody in this shop knows who I am that being said I recently purchased a disposable vape that was faulty…. Came back into store next day or day after because the vape would not charge… was refused when asked for an exchange. I feel like as much money I spend here and as much as I come in and go nowhere else along with the fact everyone in this store knows me and I’ve never had a problem before that it should be no big deal to replace this vape…. One star for sure and I’m not sure if I will go back in now to be honest!!

I have only been there once so not sure if it is always the same but not too welcoming coming in. I personally felt like I was bothering his personal time so I left before I got a good look around. The dog was kind of cute even though it was growling at me. 2/5 experience, would personally just drive down the road to the other smoke shop for the experience aspect.
