I have been coming & doing business with this shop for over a year always had a good experience everybody in this shop knows who I am that being said I recently purchased a disposable vape that was faulty…. Came back into store next day or day after because the vape would not charge… was refused when asked for an exchange. I feel like as much money I spend here and as much as I come in and go nowhere else along with the fact everyone in this store knows me and I’ve never had a problem before that it should be no big deal to replace this vape…. One star for sure and I’m not sure if I will go back in now to be honest!!

I have only been there once so not sure if it is always the same but not too welcoming coming in. I personally felt like I was bothering his personal time so I left before I got a good look around. The dog was kind of cute even though it was growling at me. 2/5 experience, would personally just drive down the road to the other smoke shop for the experience aspect.

I recently started going here I am prob a year into vaping straight off from cigarettes, I only live that the E-juice are on the table to see. I can't stand not being able to see or browse for a E-juice I wanna try and won't go to any vape shop that keeps those juices on a back shelf. A lil pricey by a few bucks for a 100ml bottle but that's my only complaint. Anything else I'm not sure of but it does look like the inventory is small for mods and coils UPDATE I won't be going back anymore so to inconsistent pricing ,it seems nobody understands what things cost in this store and prices vary under what cashier you get. I recently paid for 4 bottles of juice but there where issues of sorts so he asked me is 59.00 ok I said yes. I go home realize a bottle was missing and called to get it back and he said no because he gave me a special price. " Which I never asked for just thought he was being decent to a loyal customer that spends about 100.00 a week in this store. He tells me you can have the bottleof juice but you can't have any promotions ever again . It's cheaper to order online I'm done with ALL VAPE SHOPS. wish them the best but this place is very poorly managed

prices are good and they actually know products...unlike every other place I've been to, who's knowledge of products is comparable to their knowledge of the english language 🤷🏼‍♂️

Love this place. Staff is awesome
