Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff that takes their time to answer your questions and describe products. They also have a huge selection of vape&juices, pipes and hooka! And a rewards program! I will definitely be using this place for all of my vape supply needs!
Bought an e-vape, employee also gave a brief walkthrough of warranty. He allowed me to check the product in store and it worked fine.

I bought two puff bars here the other day and the first one we opened that day no issues, three days later My husband opened the second one and it was defective. I went back and even though I had my receipt and all original packaging they refused to replace it. He said I should have opened them both and tested them in the store. Well they were for my husband and I am pregnant and not about to open and puff on them both in store right then and there. Scammy and bad business. I will no longer shop here. I have never been told at any other location they wouldn’t replace it if it’s defective.
