I popped in this cute little store about a week ago. I purchased an Urb vape. Got all the way home and unfortunately, it didn't work at all. I tried troubleshooting the problem through the Urb website, which turned out to be pretty unhelpful. I took it back to the store and the owner, who was very polite and upbeat, traded me for the same new vape. We took that one out in the store to make sure it would work and it didn't work either! The owner was super nice and offered to give me one of another brand that was about $10 more expensive in price. I offered to pay the difference for it, but he declined and apologized for the inconvenience all of this caused. That was really awesome and I really appreciate him for that! I will be back in the future to try some new and interesting products I saw while I was there.
