Talked to Kim 6-3-2018 very helpful answered my ?'s about regular pipe tobacco. Their in process of remodeling the store. Kudos ,wtg , refresh , renew the store .Yall been here long time b 4 2000 I think .

He answered my questions . thx. Great people here . Customer service is 👑 here.l will promote and send my friends yalls way. ✌

Had problem with my purchase from 3 days ago . He said bring back my purchase item and they will make it right .

Purchased a box of quick fix with uncertainty because I was not sure if I needed it. An employee told me to bring it back the same day if I didn't need it as long as it was sealed I would be okay. I came back with the receipt and the product the same day. It was untouched and the shop did nothing. They lied in order to make a sale from me. Don't shop here because they don't know what customer satisfaction or service means.
