Cool dispensary. I've tried them more than a handful of times and everyone that works there is pretty chill. Brix who helped me knows his stuff when it comes to flower and everything else. The service is always good and everyone there is pretty knowledgeable on the different brands and what people may want even if they don't go to dispensaries often. Overall great place and always great deals there. The decor is pretty cool too.

I am really disappointed. I went in a little over a week ago and the customer service was terrible. No real greetings, except from the security guard who was very friendly, no direction of where to go and I was the only in one there with 4 people behind the counter. The guy who ended up helping me needs a serious mentor. I grabbed a few edibles and he thought I was done. I wanted some flower, so upon his suggestion he wanted to up sell me the “white bronco”. Told me it would take me back to “2005”. It’s a picture of OJ Simpson’s white bronco. Hello, that was in 1994. Moving past that when I went to pay with my card he almost over charged me by $300! Luckily I have sense to pay attention. I would say I’ll stick with my usual spot in the future.

I love the great flower , with the most recent being Maui Haze….awesome flavor , vaped thru my travel Mighty. Tastee and some big clouds/ multiple hits. Five stars for sure

I typically buy all of my cannabis products from Juva in Redwood City, but due to recent gaps in supply and inventory, I’ve been traveling to their sister dispensaries throughout the Bay Area — which ultimately led me to Urban Leaf. Pulling up, I’ll be honest: the exterior gave off that familiar, decrepit dispensary vibe you see far too often. Expectations were low. But the moment I stepped inside, that perception shifted. Italia was the first person I interacted with, and I genuinely appreciated her transparency and clarity. She took the time to explain the daily purchase cap, especially around promotional weekends. I was excited about a 50% off deal and learned there’s an 8-gram per day limit unless you have an MMIC card or documentation allowing higher limits. This may seem trivial to some, but it’s a major detail for others — and too many dispensaries focus on pushing memberships without clearly communicating these limits. Italia’s honesty and willingness to explain things upfront made a real difference. The following day, I stopped by again and was greeted by Sunshine — and that’s where the experience really clicked. Sunshine is warm, down-to-earth, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. No forced upsells, no dead retail energy — just genuine conversation and thoughtful guidance. I tend to be very particular and primarily dab live rosin, so I asked pointed questions around strains, extraction, and effects. Sunshine was well-versed across the board and offered top-tier suggestions. I ended up going with Kingpin’s Terp Chew using their BOGO deal, and her recommendation absolutely slapped. Exactly the profile I was looking for. Beyond product knowledge, her personality stood out the most. Talking to Sunshine felt like catching up with an old friend — relaxed, chill, and authentic. That kind of connection is rare and goes a long way. Between shopping at Juva, Harborside, and now Urban Leaf, it’s refreshing to see budtenders who still care about the customer experience and take pride in their knowledge. A little effort makes a big difference, and at Urban Leaf, the vibes are genuinely high. Highly recommended.

I went in and paid with cash, 3 days later I'm getting emails from them for promos, meaning they are selling data using facial recognition tech without your consent. If this is what they are willing to do, what else? Last purchase I ever make there.

This shop is beautifully hidden behind a crazy street 😂 walking into the dispensary the lobby is quite spacious and the front desk was very nice. I've ventured into the dispensary only once before but forgot to give it a review lol wonder why I was forgetful 😌 The shop is big and has a lot of space so you're not on top of each other while waiting. Both times I've been there I was attended to very quickly and the bud tenders are nice and helpful. It's a soothing environment which I appreciate. Their products are great and decent prices too.
