Toyeen has excellent customer service and helped me right away. I placed an online order and everything was ready to go super quick and smooth. I’ve been a member since 2015 and still have my original ID to get into the store, which says a lot about how long I’ve been rocking with Harborside San Jose. I renewed my yearly membership and I forgot you get a goodie bag he came out with it and it definitely blessed my night. We had a little small talk and next thing you know Toyeen was putting me on to some PCG seeds, which came through clutch. As a home grower, that kind of knowledge and genuine conversation really matters to me. I exclusively shop here because the staff, service, and consistency have always been solid over the years. I absolutely adore this store. It’s organized, beautifully designed and lots of products to browse. From the time you enter you are greeted by the most welcoming Associates. Chris assisted me with my purchase. He provided vital information on the promotions and products. I enjoyed my visit and especially the opportunity to interact with Chris and take advantage of their specials…which were VERY SPECIAL!!! What a total and enjoyable experience!!! I’LL BE BACK!!!
