This was my first time going to a dispensary, so I was a bit intimidated. I actually left without getting anything the first time, but when I came back, I was helped by Mack and she helped introduce me to everything I needed to know and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable and I came out loving the recommendation she gave me. Amazing experience!

Teighan was very helpful and definitely knew her stuff. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with ease. Highly recommend going here for all your needs process was straight forward and easy. Will be back soon!

First time visiting Bloom, I preordered. There were separate lines for medical and recreational today. The wait time wasn't bad for me, maybe ten minutes. The front desk lady was nice and friendly and Adrian in the back was very helpful and kind! He had some great recommendations and knowledge about the products! I wish there was a tip jar cause they were definitely great and didnt have you feeling judged or rushed 👍🏾👍🏾

I've been going here for 2 years now and feel completely shafted. There aren't different lines or anything for medical patients. The wait is absolutely insane. I will be finding another dispensary.
Edit;
I've been in line for 20 minutes now. At 8:30 security walked up and said there's no guarantee I'll even be seen tonight. This is outrageous.

I was really fortunate to work with Calin today during my first visit to Bloom. He was knowledgeable and empathetic. I felt like my questions were heard and he took time with his explanations and advice. Very helpful!
