Not timely at all. Doesn’t answer the phone and no concept of time. Been waiting for 20 minutes for them to come back and still no sign of them. What a waste of time!

After today I will never be back to spend a dime with them. George and the other young kid working with him tonight on 7/31/24 are cool. The older kid working the register needs to learn some respect. I was looking at some of the newer stuff they have in there and was in there for 10 min this kid proceeds to rush me cause apparently he had something better to do. There was another customer came in as I was walking out. I went to my car and tried the vape I just bought. Didn't like it so went back in and was going to purchase another one. As soon as I walked in I'm greeted with "forget something buddy" I'm old enough to be this kids father. Part of the problem with today's kids is no respect or discipline. I will drive out of my way to go to the next shop. This place is $5 per vape higher than any other shop. Look up Lost Mary OS5000 going price is $8.99 to $12.99. Not this place they are $24.99. But as far as employees George and other young guy with name of J something great employees. The other guy who worked at 10pm tonight total D!%K. Won't be back. Sincerely, Sunflower Seed Guy

I had a great experience at this shop. The customer service was amazing! The staff were friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. Sami is super cool and you can see he truly cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to visit! Live just inside the loop and could probably go somewhere closer to home but I come here bc of the friendly folks who work here and of course the excellent selection of all the things you're looking for in a nice clean place like this.
