7 days ago we bought a $35.00 torch used it once. Went to use the torch again and the igniter isn’t working. Called to see if they would exchange it because well again it’s brand new. Nope we can give a discount on one and it has a 2year warranty you can send it in to them. Regardless we are still without unless we buy a new one. Lost business here! You could have replace this one and sent ours back to the warranty and replaced the new one back to the shelf but it’s cool we try to support locals until locals can’t support us.
