It’s always a good vibe when I go in, shelves are always stocked and faced making the store look super clean and organized!🤩 best part about them is they take requests on just about anything, so when I went in look for Geek Bar Pulses and they didn’t have them, then made sure to order some for in all the flavors I wanted! Their customer service is outstanding and I always love stopping in.

"Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Better Vape's customer service. Despite purchasing a defective Geek Bar - not the fault of Better Vape (which started leaking juice into my mouth), they refused to replace it when I returned it just a day and a half later. They are one of the more expensive vape stores so I expected more.

As a business owner myself, I believe in the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction and making things right when products fail. Better Vape's refusal to do so has lost them a customer. I will not be returning to their store and would caution others to consider their customer service policies before making a purchase.

Until they improve their warranty and customer service practices, I cannot recommend Better Vape."
