New in neighborhood and 1st time at this shop and I'm without a doubt going to be a repeat customer. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very willing to help,and most importantly instructing the maintenance of how to ensure a long lasting vape!! Wow! Fantastic.

This is my go to place anytime I need a vape. They stand by the products they sell, if we ever have an issue they will happily replace it. The one time I went to a different vape shop when I was in Federal Way and it was the biggest mistake ever. The vapes we bought didn't work and they had a huge issue when it was brought to their attention. It made me love Vape & Smoke even more!! The staff here are so freaking nice and know all about the products they sell. They have a new worker and she is is so upbeat and fun to talk with, she is able to explain in detail about any product we ask about. I 10,000% recommend coming here if you are looking for anything related to vape & smoke!!!!

I changed from my previous vape shop to here because they are so much more friendly in general. One star taken off for the new employee that is not friendly and snaps at customers. I hope they’re ok, but I’m assuming that’s what the “rude” is referring to in reviews in the past month.
