The smoke shop itself is great—good selection of products, fair prices, and usually a smooth experience. However, there's one employee, the guy who works with the glass and wears a hat, who really brings the vibe down. He’s consistently rude and shows a bad attitude toward customers, which makes shopping there uncomfortable at times. It’s disappointing because the shop deserves better customer service to match its quality products.
