Placed an online order and never received a confirmation it was ready, even after waiting over an hour. When I came in, the order was found, but I wasn’t offered the 15% online order discount despite it being advertised and me being a new customer. Staff was nice, but the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Disappointing first visit—I won’t be returning.

I wasn’t offered to join the loyalty program, or even offered monthly specials. It’s 4/20 weekend and I was not offered any deals or asked if I wanted anything else. They found my order and sent me out the door, really wanted to make this place a new spot, guess they don’t need customers.

Always on point. I generally order online but love their loyalty program as well as the text updates for my online orders. The staff rocks and I’ve never had a bad experience in the past four years I’ve been coming to this location! Keep it up!!
