I’ve been a customer here before, and in the past the merchant has opened merchandise in front of me and allowed me to look at it, as well as watched me handle similar items without any issue. On this visit, I was suddenly accused of opening a product that was already open and told I had to pay for it. There were no signs posted stating “do not touch” or “do not open,” and customers are openly told to go in and look at the merchandise. You can’t encourage customers to view products, demonstrate opening items yourself, and then turn around and accuse someone of wrongdoing for doing the same thing—especially without any posted policy. If you don’t want customers touching or opening merchandise, that needs to be clearly communicated with signage and consistent rules, not enforced selectively after the fact. The situation felt unfair and unprofessional, and it completely changed my opinion of this business. I had a very disappointing experience with this merchant. Upon arrival, there was a display of merchandise that I’ve been allowed to browse in the past before deciding what to purchase. On this visit, the merchant accused me of opening a product that was already open when I arrived. I explained that I did not open it and felt it was unfair to be charged for something I didn’t damage. When I said that if I was being forced to purchase an item, I would rather buy something else, the merchant refused to do business with me altogether. I was then told to leave and was bluntly informed that they didn’t care whether I did business with them or not. The accusation, lack of professionalism, and dismissive attitude were completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and would caution others about how customers are treated here.

Hands down, this dispensary is the one to visit. I was met by a welcoming staff that was helpful and friendly. I bought the papaya melt rso. I have had other rso products that were difficult to get out of the syringe. This rso is easy to get out of the syringe and does the job that it was made for. Shout out to ya'll.

First time I visited this store was about a week ago. I pull up to the drive through, ask for Rosin, 4 grams for a hundo. Cool. Guy tells me it's 30% off for a new customer. Cool. He comes back to the window, asks for $115 or so. I'm like, 100 for 4 with 30% off is 115? He says some BS about how it's 165 before tax or some crap... I'm like, yeah, sure, whatever. I pay him. I come back today, same 4 for 100 deal. Asks for 115 or whatever again. Hmm. Interesting. So, did he pocket the difference of my 30% off the first time? I went at about 7-8 am both days. Same guy both times. Won't be going back. Awesome product, shitty customer service.

The girl at desk as you walk in door was rude and lazy. Then after I got my products and drove home. I noticed I was missing 2 products! 😡 I will tell everyone and never spend money there again. Bad customer service and did not get all the products I purchased. First and last time!!!! Photo of store receipt top to prove I shopped there and a real review.

Decided to try a new dispo since this one is right around corner. The guy that helped me was super sweet and helpful. Since it was my first time in I got a free gram and preroll with the 1/8th that I bought. The preroll was really good but the flower fell short in my opinion and it was stale. It was super dry and left a weird taste in our mouths. I may try the place again but if I do it will probably just be for a preroll.

Every bud tender I come across here are so sweet so easy to talk to and makes me feel at home everytime I come, warm happy energy all the time. This is it!!! Thank you Malcom for such a great experience tonight.

Stopped by yesterday for the first time, and the young guy that helped me along with the rest of the staff were all amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and very professional. I can’t recommend them enough… one visit, and I have found my new “go to” dispensary.
