DO NOT GO HERE. this shop sells FAKE brands & products that don't even exist when you try to look them up online. AKA THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT REGULATED WHATSOEVER AND CAN BE LITERALLY ANYTHING because they are NOT REAL, NOT REPUTABLE brands. not only are the products FAKE, they are also OLD and BAD QUALITY. the environment in this shop is UNCOMFORTABLE at best, especially if you want to look around, even if for a couple minutes. i purchased a product that was clearly old, dried out, and so unrecognizable that the SHOP OWNER ACCUSED me of swapping out the product for something else when i brought it back to try to exchange it after getting home and realizing the product was COMPLETELY WACK and COMPLETELY UNUSABLE because of how old and dried out it was. instead of investigating/comparing the remaining products to see if they were also dried out and unusable, this shop owner chose to accuse me of lying and trying to steal from him. the shop owner had a crazy, demonic look of rage on his face. i have been to this shop many times, my partner and i have spent $100s++ there, and have never tried to return or exchange a product or anything similar. we stopped going for several months related to the way the staff behaves. we decided to give it a second chance, but NEVER should have done that. the "shop owner" told me to never come back, but joke is on him and his BAD, SUSPICIOUS business management because we were NEVER going to go back anyway and i will definitely continue sharing our poor experiences with other smoke shop customers. save yourself a headache, uncomfortable experience, and possible health risks from FAKE PRODUCTS and go literally anywhere else.

Was my go to place for the past 2 years. It WAS until today. Purchased a disposable vape yesterday, used it throughout the day, fell out of my pocket and scratched up the bottom but continued to work without a problem. This morning, it wouldn't charge. Brought it back figuring a quick replacement and I'm on my way. Didn't expect to be told that it was "old" because of some markings on the bottom. Asked to pull up the receipt that clearly would show that it was purchased yesterday. Instead of pulling it up, the guy continues to tell me it's old and will not replace. Y'all just lost a customer of over 2 years. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Has awsome selection and staff is always super sweet!

I was house sitting in Gallatin and had forgotten my vape at home(an hour away). So I stopped in 420 Smoke Shop hoping they carried the brand of dispoable vape I smoke. I asked if they carried the Funky Republic disposable vape... to which they replied yes, so I asked for the Super Berry. I was told he was "out" of that but had a "berry mix" . I told him that was fine that I would try it. When I opened the box a bit later and got the vape out-- I discovered it WAS NOT a Funky Republic vape but a fake!!!(pictures below of the fake one and the authentic one) This is NOT a good business practice. I don't like being deceived. I paid the same price for the fake one that I normally pay for the name brand. The Funky Republic vape last me a little over 2 weeks before I have to replace it. I purchased the fake one on 9/29 and today is 10/2 and it's already low.😡 BUYER BEWARE!!! LOOK CLOSELY AT ANYTHING YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE SELLING FAKE "OFF BRAND" DISPOSABLE VAPES AS NAME BRAND! Charging you premium prices for fake ones... I don't know what you call it but I call it a SCAM!!
