Went in for the first time yesterday to check out the prices of puffco products. Price was reasonable and lady there was friendly. Next day went in again to buy puffco proxy as a birthday gift for my dad. The same lady said that sales are final and stated that the product was brand new. I bought it and gifted my dad a couple hours later. He opened it and saw the seal in the box that said “retern” - with and “e” . Tried to charge it and didn’t work. I tried it on 4 different chargers and it still didn’t work. I immediately went back in and saw the same lady. I said “ Remember when I came in a couple hours ago to buy the puffco” and immediately she said “ yes but I said all sales are final” . I said “ yes all sales are final but you also told me it was brand new but it said return on the back seal” . She realized I caught on to her and she said “ pick another color” . Her customer service is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. I asked her before buying it if it was brand new and she said yes.She lied and tried to scam me but did not work. First and last time coming here again.

A beautiful and wonderful place, I found everything I was looking for, and the prices are great for some places I went to, and the customer service is wonderful. It will be my place for everything I am looking for. The people who work there are nice. I love this place.
