Used website, not machine. Customer service was excellent, product is very reasonably priced, and package did not have any scent which is ideal.

This is so convenient and nice it is a little confusing to find but you just have to go all the way to the target and while facing the the target turn left to the escalators and go down and it will be there so parking in the target side is definitely smart but this place has very good products for good prices

Incredible line of products. I especially love the sleep gummies that help me get a complete and full nights rest. The vapes are delicious and come in a wide variety of flavors. I can’t get enough of them and want to try them all

its okay...a bit finnickey. only received one of two products I ordered, which is a common problem according to other reviews. vending machine has narrower selection than online but is several dollars cheaper. unclear if theres a way to use rewards points at the machine. will update the review if/when I hear back from customer service

I usually have a smooth transaction, I like the quality of products. Only had a problem once where I received only one of two items on my order.

Poor overall experience so far. The machine is easy enough to use once you find it (it's at the end of the mall down a set of escalators). However I ordered two items but only one was dispensed despite being charged for both. I've reached out to customer support but have yet to be contacted. I'd change this to a 5 star if this situation is remedied because I loved the convenience but not when I'm being double charged. Edit: Chow420 has remedied this situation I will change my rating accordingly. Their customer service was great and easy to use. I would say if you have trouble contact the email on the vending machine as well as the one mentioned on the website to get your best chance at a response. Thank you for caring about your customers!

Poor selection, couldn't browse online, and the worst tasting gummies I've ever had. If you want thc, you should go somewhere else. Edit: I could browse the 200 products in your online inventory, but this vending machine had none of the products that I was interested in online.

It was super easy to place an order online. They have a variety of options and the usages are thoroughly but briefly explained as well as a chat option if you have further questions. Great experience!

The machine was a bit hard to find and located in a semi-sketch area, but I'll blame that on the Mall's layout and my anxiety being there. The pod itself is great and very user friendly. It didn't have what I was looking for at the time, but I did get an email that it restocked.
