Bethesda Smoke Shop

Absolutely love this place. What a find in the Bethesda/Westbard area. Joe and his colleague are supremely knowledgeable and super nice to boot. This place has a great selection of wares and good prices. I'll be back--and I'll be telling my friends.

They don’t respond to criticism or feedback very well. Instead of addressing my complaints in a previous comment, the shop owner accused me of lying and asserted that I have never even shopped at the store (I’m confused how he can make that claim, as though he knows the first and last names of every customer). Instead of aspiring to provide the best products possible and maintaining business integrity, the shop owner seems much more concerned with discrediting negative feedback rather than learning from it.
