Bella was amazing 🔥. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and was managing her ass off 😎 . The rest of the staff was friendly and fun as well. The reason behind my 2 star rating is because they were severely understaffed. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!! It's bad business. Understaffing to save money is an absurd biz practice. It's irrational. You are losing money by not putting more in place. . This is to whomever is managing this store. Trust me I know this because im a HR Executive and could see the hold up was not the fault of the employees present they did great considering 😊

First and probably last time. Ordered ahead. And only had my card. 😒 Their machines not working. They have an ATM at the front desk; it doesn't work. Lol. Walk to the ATM up the street. And come back. I got to leave my "bag" at the front that has my valuables in it, in a random chair. Cool. They look in the back for 8 - 10 minutes and can't find the order. The manger helps and they bring out an .05; I ordered a 1g. They tell me they don't sell / have 1g. It's implied that I should go with the .05 for the SAME AMOUNT; as whomever was responsible for updating the price on Grow West carts failed to do so. As per the manager. She just shrugs. Waste of gas; looking for gas. Guess I'll just wait till Culta opens up tomorrow. 😒🫡

Fantastic atmosphere and great service from Luke. The potato leek soup was delicious. Fish and chips is solid and my wife really enjoyed her pear cider. I would suggest that the fish and chips and shepherds pie had more seasoning but the flavor was good.

Worst service ever. I flew in today from out of town and tried to walk in to Cookies to make a purchase. I got to the door about 20 minutes prior to closing and was told by security that I couldn’t enter and that they were only accepting online orders. Ok, cool. I place an order that says it’ll be ready in 5 minutes. I wait the 5 minutes but never got a confirmation email. I wait 5 more, still nothing. The full 20 minutes passes and now the place is closing. I guess they say screw it and stop working at 10:30-10:40… which is fine, but adjust your online hours so people don’t waste time and gas! This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this specific location either. Over a year later and nothing has changed 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sydney was so nice! Very knowledgeable as well. Picked a great choice for me 🔥. They always hook you up here and make sure they give you what your looking for and even better just gotta ask. Def will be returning :).

Service is always good in the store. I cannot place an order online. Just to pop in and go. Also the dazed 😵‍💫 out people hanging on the street are horrible. Remember you are by the market that people come and eat. The complaining from them can affect your business in the long run. I live in Hanover. There is a dispensary out here but you all have better prices. I am asking if it is worth it considering atmosphere outside of your establishment. Service inside is good.

This was an experience, the wait to get in was different, once in we were greeted by a nice young man Carlos he helped us out and answered all of our questions with patience. It was a wait to check out, once I left the establishment I realized that I was not given all of my items, being from out of town I Couldn't go back to reclaim what I had paid for. That was a bummer. I called and was told to call back to speak to a manager in Monday we will see how it goes.i also didn't get the 10% off that was told that I would get for signing up.
