Not good customer service at all have been trying to get ahold of the manager there they changed the price on me he’s been hiding it seems I have been being played with in regards to my money and time here the recent time I called the employee decided to talk over me and argue as though I am not a customer service and as though the service isn’t important if your calls are recorded great tell that employee that employee needs to do better that is not how you handle customers at all much less speak over or argue with them. I do not recommend other better are places with better deals just use they 50% here and leave bc they’ll end up changing prices on you not be reliable and often not a flat fixed rate for the most part like the other ones. I’ve had other problems like going multiple times and my points not being added to my account so it was as though my account had no purchase history or credit another way they played with my money saying I can use credit for discounts many other things bottom line not reliable ( the call was 11:46 Saturday sep 20th ) in case you guys record calls I’m not going to be treated that way when I’m providing business

My first visit was last week, very excitedly eventful and fun experience going. I got 50 percent of my purchase and got a quarter for only 9 bucks! Rebekkah was very nice and made my experience much more pleasant and exciting, very professional and friendly woman. It's important to spread the word on certain businesses and this place should stay open as long as they keep doing what they are doing.

A friend and I went into Elevation yesterday. I didn't catch the name of the employee but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me as it was my first time and took the time to answer my questions and made some great suggestions. The manager was also very helpful. Great shop and vibe with great selection and sales. Will definitely be returning.
