Celeste was great. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was very patient with me and described things very thoroughly to me. I always feel rushed at the other dispensaries I’ve been to, but Celeste was more than patient with me and answered all of my annoying questions. This will definitely be my new go to dispensary. happened a couple months back. i got an airo cart and it turned out to be faulty. i had two fully charged airo batteries and it didn’t work on either. i went back to the store to explain and i regret doing this but i mentioned that the batteries i had were about 2 years old? and all of a sudden the lady manager is like yeah there’s nothing we can do so i was like bet. i went to showgrow down the road and thank god one of the budtenders was so nice she gave me a free airo battery. so here i am with three batteries and the cart still doesn’t work. so i go back and they finally give me an exchange but the manger was rude, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or nothing. literally just said “ok”
