Quick and efficient.
Wish they had told me the first time I purchased from them that they had a loyalty program....I've lost credits I should have earned off of.
Also, the sleep product that I purchase from them needs their packaging updated.
I am unable to open the container myself and have to ask them to open it before I leave the store.

I only give 4 and not 5 because of the way sales are run. If you order online for the sale price after 8pm or 9pm and the sale ends the next day. They redo the purchase for the original price. So when the delivery guy comes and said my order was$250 not the $170 I was in a panic they let slide the first time. Now when it happens the just cancel the order and leave me not high and dry lol
