We had Alex as a cashier, he had such a great attitude and was so friendly! Google only gives up to five stars but service was 10/10!

Five stars because Nate is such a wonderful human being and always treats customers with such care and consideration. The rest of the staff Are wonderful and product Is solid. Great place all around. Thank you, Nate the great!!

I really miss the original team that used to work here. I went in this morning at 10 AM, they are not enthusiastic, they don’t offer suggestions, and when you ask them a question they just stare at you, and you literally have to tell them are you OK? Are you happy? So as I left I said have a happy holiday and a merry Christmas and he just stared at me the gentleman with the handlebar mustache. So as I exit the building your greeter which is the older lady with the baseball cap I said to her you know this staff is not enthusiastic whatsoever. Her response was well they’re just exhausted and some of them are here on overtime and it’s morning I said well you guys just open right at 9 AM. And her response was well. Some of them got called in. My response was it’s an option. They’re not mandated are they because I feel if you’re gonna come into work come into work enthusiastic especially if you’re a cannabis establishment. I’ll be the first Hereone to say I stopped coming here and I only come here at a convenience, but I literally I coming here overall altogether because the quality of service has gone downhill and these employees are enthusiastic at all not friendly. They don’t have conversations with you it’s not like the previous team that is now in Tewksbury and I still have not had an opportunity to go to that facility yet It’s just out of my way. Hopefully, you guys will hire individuals that are more enthusiastic more happy to be at work and make it fun for the customer as well as for themselves because they just look so miserable.

Can’t believe someone’s in here posting a negative review because an employee wasn’t ecstatic & so super duper thrilled to be working on Christmas Eve just to sell weed to simpletons who chose not to pick up literally any other day of the year; yep god forbid an employee is a human with emotions, you guys should probably fire that guy for not smiling lol. Anyways my service is great every time I’ve been here, no hassle no weirdly forced grins, just simple human interaction. Keep up the good work!

And the store itself? Clean, polished, curated within an inch of its life. The displays look like Apple Stores, the staff like sommeliers with slightly better tattoos. There’s a menu on a screen with tasting notes that could pass for a craft coffeehouse: earthy finish, citrus nose, calming body high. Beneath the gloss, there’s a real story. A slow cultural shift from shame to acceptance. From back-alley deals to tax revenue and childproof packaging. The same plant, the same high, the same little moment of escape, but the world around it has changed. Now the people who used to clutch their pearls are buying pre-rolls between Zoom calls. The revolution didn’t come with tie-dye. It came with business casual. Is it absurd? A bit. Is it progress? Also yes. You walk out with your neatly labeled bag, past the lineup of SUVs and BMWs, and you can’t help but laugh. The world changed its mind not because cannabis became noble, but because we became human enough to admit we needed it.

This place is amazing. Love how they have added the tax to the pricing. Products are great and staff is always friendly and helpful. I failed myself by not going here earlier. Prices were higher when originally opened but has now become more than competitive. I recommend to anyone looking for good price and quality products

The store is super attractive and clean. Smells like good bud because of their grow facility outside. Kyla was really helpful for my first time here! They helped me pick out flower. Ended up grabbing some Juicee J :)

Love this place! The prices are reasonable and I love how the taxes are included in the price on the menu. All of the staff members were very polite and friendly. April was awesome and helped me pick out so many great products! I will definitely be visiting here more often!

I went into the store today not knowing what I wanted to get and Trish was a huge help. She was able to explain some of the products in great detail and help me end up making my final decisions. She was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to!!
