Bought 2 vape pens by ooze BOTH broken!!
When I went in to exchange they refused and only offered to sell me a cheaper one, as they said this brand often has issues. ..
Called a few times and given run around about when manager will be in.
Tried to reach out to manufacturer but the code on the pen has been removed from both of the pens, so now I can't even exchange through them.
Zero stars total rip off.
I will be calling back constantly and will never use cash again because I can't even dispute it.
