This place is a VIBE. Love the artwork all over the building and the inside matches the outside energy. The staff were all super friendly and gave great recommendations. They do accept cash or debit, no credit accepted. Highly recommend.

Nice big place with lots of different options. Very pretty outside and inside decor. Probably the most varied collection of edibles I have seen on this coast in a dispensary. Employees are helpful and pleasant. Prices are the same as other places in the area for non medical purchases. Don't park in the lot to the right of the building. The good people of Salem will not be shy about it being private. But no worries there is 30 min parking right out front.

Honestly, I don’t know what kind of stuff you guys are selling the tourist but as a local to Salem and Lynn, I’ve been going to Sea grass since they opened up and they have just become even worse than before from the shitty prices to the horrendous customer service to the horrendous online service ordering to charging additional money on top of card fees to return the money so sometimes you can’t even buy the stuff cause the 3.50 atm fee plus the four dollars overpass what you have on your card, This company has been around for way too long to still be overcharging compared to every other dispensary in the area. If Salem was smart, they will either close it down put it on the new ownership or let people open up other dispensaries in town and again this is coming from somebody that has managed to work within the hospitality industry for over 10 years. The employees have no knowledge of rules or regulation or who to contact and some employees have no knowledge on the actual products that they’re selling.

The staff at Seagrass is second to none. Always a wonderful experience here. Staff goes above and beyond every time, down to offering a few bucks out the tip jar if need be. Must be great management, don’t see so many happy people at work these days.

Great deals and they don't overcharge visitors which Is nice. The chocolate covered blueberries are amazing and fun to eat while you walk around. There are different deals everyday so it's nice to visit often. Nice helpful staff too

Not bad but if you're looking for carts here and everywhere almost in Salem basically are way overpriced what you'd pay for a gram you can get two of basically in Boston Lynn ect, Should def look into updating pricing it's not 2018 anymore those.prices are outdated and gouged

I recently visited as I do every time I come to Salem and always had a pleasant experience with the staff / products but not this time . Although the person that waited on me was very nice and knowledgeable i was inquiring about a gummy on the stronger side with the understanding of how much is allowed to be put in them, she said that the Wana products were made a little different and that made them a little stronger so you didn’t need much and that they were very popular . Well that sold me enough to buy it and it was The hybrid lemon cello . When I got back home that night I took one didn’t feel anything then that lead to 2-3-4-5-6 and i stoped at 7 . I’m only 125 pounds and do not have a high tolerance for THC products and with that many in my system i should’ve felt more then i did . Maybe i got a batch that was missed out on the thc part who knows but i ended up throwing them away . I understand that you need to sell and get these off your shelf but this experience for me was very unfortunate because i’ve always had a good experience here with your products until now ☹️
