I’m actually very upset because I have been going to the store since shortly they opened up, And although the prices are cheaper at the smoke shop on Rantoul St., the lady that runs it during the day is very sweet. HOWEVER, My whole perspective of this store changed as of yesterday when I went in and bought two boxes of Novo X Pods- $15 (fair enough- WHATEVER!) But then I asked for one box of *Novo 4 Pods* She grabs it and FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, a Man was there working with her and they were speaking in their Language, I’ve never seen this man before so maybe he’s the owner, I don’t know, and I honestly don’t care at least until you try and rip me off! This man tells me $53.13- WELL $15 + $15= $30 so why is ONE box of NOVO 4 PODS the most expensive $20? THEY SPEAK TO EACH OTHER AND SHE RESPONDS WITH “ BECAUSE THE COILS ARE IN INSIDE THE POD AS WELL”
I thought to myself OK that makes sense, Until I got home and looked at them, my mother realized that there is NO POD in them. In fact the box says right on it “empty Novo 4 pods” ****I’ll attach photos.****
So in short, unless you feel like getting ripped off, find a different smoke shop to go to because I sure am! I am beyond disappointed I really liked this place and The Lady that ran it. But oh well they lost a loyal, VERY LOYAL customer!

Just wanted to say they do have a good selection there but the guy who was working that day was very short and rude with my wife who's pregnant and she's just trying to ask a simple question and he started getting loud with her and then turns to me he says he knows what I'm talking about how come you don't and I feel very aggravated will say his choice and volume and words and we bought a vape on a Monday called c o s bar in it did not last us two days and it's supposed to have 5000 Puffs he told us they got a bad batch of them but the problem was fixed how was the problem fixed if we just bought the same product that he claimed did have issues in we're having the same issues so obviously there's just continuing to sell the same product that have been told to the numerous times is not any good but it's a great vape and we believe that that is the best clear vape out there right now we're not putting down the company we just believe that he got a bad batch and decided to continue to sell them even though he knew what the outcome would be ,went back two days later hoping that it would be different and it actually lasted us one day which is absolutely unheard of and he said between two people it should last 6 days so I don't know but buyer beware of what you're getting there I just have a weird feeling that they don't care what they're selling cuz they sure don't care about the way they talk to you
