Employees are always super helpful and prompt. Tonight the store manager Nick was not only professional but friendly and helpful as well. The have the best prices compared to other stores around.

I have never felt so disrespected by a store employee, let alone manager, in my life. In fact, that is precisely why I am taking the time to leave this review. This one is for you, "my guy" Kevin. I have purchased two puffco products (peak pro & peak pro v2), a normal glass rig and dozens of accessories (not exaggerating) from this store. That's not including my vape supplies. Not ONE time has anyone mentioned the "no return" policy on this specific brand. That's all it takes, communication. Ironically, the SINGLE time I ask the staff to grab me an atomizer, it happens to be for a different product altogether & I didn't realize until getting home. IF your policy is to not accept returns or exchanges, shouldn't you be telling customers this ? Better yet, training your staff to not lie to customers for the sake of "making a sale"? ESPECIALLY when dealing with items that aren't returnable. EVEN MORE SO when not a single worker "likes puffco products" according to your manager. Apparently, wildbills prefers to take your cash and berate you in front of customers when you return.

They talk down to you as if you do not know anything. When they are out of something, all they say is, "that's retail for ya". Overall not very satisfied as I have visited many other locations for this company and was never treated this way. With so many smoke shops around, you would think they want to set themselves apart with superior service, this is not the case.

Wild Bills, on Union Lake rd in Com., has been a delight to shop at! The new staff is friendly and welcoming every time! Always super helpful too! (Lol! No walking out anymore!) Great job to the new management!
