I've been there quite often, and I've never had any bad customer service experience, as I seem to see in the reviews. Went in last night, and Josh took care of me. He was awesome and honest and very knowledgeable, and he suggested a product that finally gives me the high I'm looking for. Josh listened to my needs and came through with the best I've had yet.
