Great products, but extremely racist staff.. They noticeably freeze up and act very strange when minorities visit the store or anyone who isn't dressed up, especially the older woman with red hair and theres a woman with short hair who has been there for years and she's very racist. For this reason I don't like the store, which is unfortunate because I love shopping for the products they carry.
Other people have told me that they felt judged when entering this store because maybe they didn't "look like" they had money. I've also felt this way. Customer Service is very poor! See reviews at the very bottom from others. I am glad to know I am not the only one who felt this way.

I have never Not been treated with kindness and respect when I've come into this store. The people are very helpful and patient with me. I've never felt forced to buy something I didn't need or ignored. I'm not in all the time but I'm glad I know where to go when I need something. Crabby people attract negativity. Previous posters included.

Occasionally shop here. No complaints. Made me aware of An important product FDA issue that affects me. Ty. I Knew nothing Abt and other health stores seemed to not know anything either. Looked up when home. Will be back, should do so more often. Only place still giving out free samples! I'll buy too.
