Tom (the owner) provided the most amazing customer service experience for me and my dad. We went in looking for some choice cigars for my husband. We had only 2 ideas in mind of what to buy, however after a video conference call with my hubby and Tom's tutelage...we left with over 10 different rare cigars that will impress any afficanado.
Now I have a new go to spot for cigars for my man. Thank you Tom for everything... you're amazing!

Called to inquire about prices and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me any prices over the phone. I will never go here.
