Without a doubt, THE BEST DISPENSARY in DeSoto County. I love that when I come in, I don’t have to wait for someone to notice that I’m in the building. They ALWAYS have someone up front and you are immediately let in (once you show ID, etc). The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to talk you into buying anything that you don’t need or want. Great atmosphere and huge variety of products with good prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Once again I went into there to get a replacement pulsar battery since the sold me a NO N WORKING $35 battery and ended up getting this cool alien yes but it's not discrete at all and not what I paid for. He said o I just ordered some new ones and some new replacement batteries you should come back and we will set you up, meaning I could spend more money to get another battery. Ended up getting this huge bulky alien which is cool for at home or whatever but not the pulsar I bought. The first think TIM asked me was you want to get some flower today maybe a new vape? All I wanted was the battery I had to put gas in my 350 Econoline xl van to get 600 miles back to my home but pushing weed and expensive no good hitting carts on me. I told him several times I had to put gas in my van and getting home. I go to RIVER REMEDY AT HOME. They know exactly what I need when I need it and have it ready and I have never bought a thing that was defective chinese made vape batteries that may last one day then leak all your $45 carts everywhere or just never hit at all. I really diapise this store and will never go back. The weed he sold me a $50 quarter smell like chemicals and is not a quarter I weighed it. Very tiny nuggets and dry with absolutely no weight to it nd it made me throw up when I got the bag open. This is SHEBA R. I am reporting this so called dispensary. TIM also didn't use my points I collected during my first $130 purchase. He didn't have any good weed, no carts i like nothing worth buying. I have today reported this dispensary for their crap they sell and I'm going to report it to the federal government also. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISPENSARY. The purple pulsar is what I DROVE 45 MILES OUT OF MY WAY ON VACATION TO GO GET TO BE ABLE TO VAPE IN THE STREETS ON VACATION AS I ONLY GET FRUITY SMELLING ONES WHILE ON VACATION. The ALIEN HAS ALREADY LEAKED DOWN MY ALMOST FULL CART. I GOT THE ALIEN BATTERY ON 1-2-2026 I'M WRITING THIS REVIEW ON 1-3-2026 LESS THAN 17 hours later it has stopped working. I'm pretty new to dispensaries and out of all the ones I've tried, Herbal Alchemy is the best. The employees are great at what they do and know what they are talking about. Everyone is nice and the vibes are immaculate. There's always a deal or sale on something and the products are splendid. Great price, great service, great products. Favorite dispensary.

The only people I miss in Mississippi. By far the kindest, most knowledgeable and coolest staff ever. Miss you all... hugs from Florida Sam and Larry..

We stopped in last night to grab a few things we were in need of and I LOVED the atmosphere of Herbal Alchemy! The staff was very helpful with what we were looking for and all the employees really seemed to enjoy their job! It's great to see businesses that offer a great employment environment while also helping so many others in need. Can't wait to stop by again!

This place is discriminatory. Your ABC agent is clearly unaware of what they’re talking about. I was denied from entering despite having my medical card because I was 18. I took me and my money elsewhere. I see you didn’t want a 19 year old with cancer in either based on another review. Absolutely infantalizing, condescending, discriminatory, disrespectful, ageist, ableist, and unempathetic.

Leaving a 2nd 1 star rating because the owners are defending their discrimination by claiming I had no guardian present when I did. It would be a shame if I found out you did this to more customers than the one who was denied with their mother present with them. It sounds like what you really mean is that nobody under 21 is welcome, instead of nobody under 21 being allowed. Never been to a dispensary without a parent present. Your assumptions about my situation go to show you’re reacting rather than responding to my criticsm. Very unprofessional of ya’ll 😂. Have a good day.
