Hey all, I came in there today 11/30. I’m a new person to that store and bought a vape that didn’t turn out to be quality. The customer service was personable and could not have been more excellent. I tested it in store and it was as magnificent as what he said. However, the product he suggested lost it’s flavor within 1-2 hrs. This could absolutely be a matter that this vape was a fluke. But I’m going to return it tomorrow with hope of a replacement

Normally my go to place because they have a great selection of vapes. This is the second time I’ve driven 20 minutes to this shop only for it to be closed during their business hours (mind you, it’s 5pm). There is a “be back shortly” sign with no estimate or care in the world. Won’t be going back here

Best place in Baltimore. Reuven has gone above and beyond with his customer service and support. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything. Can’t say enough. Great place to buy all vape needs.

I attempted to purchase vape juice to arrive at your store at 1pm to a small sign stating be back in 10 mins at 1pm only to stand outside or you store for over 20 mins on my lunch break to no one even answer the phone to when they will return
