A lot of dispensaries make you feel weird or like you're imposing on them by asking questions - I've never felt like this at verdes. They are welcoming and always seem happy to be there and I'm always happy to shop. It's never awkward and always positive.

I do miss the blueberry dreams. Good business for an American company. I live out of the country because of political reasons, and the quality is impeccable. God help the USA. I know most people never leave the USA, but there is an amazing world out there....it would open your eyes.

Juana was so sweet. I’m from Texas and she was very helpful. She showed me various products and this is probably the first dispensary in New Mexico that actually took the time to help me with the products.

I've been making all of my purchases at the Heights location for about 2 years now. I've been to others, however I leave empty handed simply because I know the Heights location of Verdes Cannabis has much better quality, quantity and customer service to all others. The staff is bar none. Can't beat that little store tucked on a turn. Just GO and see for yourself. With any luck you'll get either Adriana or Melissa. You'll return again and again.

Darla is always the coolest budtender and is always sharp with product knowledge! She helped me get a half oz of a lovely strain along with this larger gentleman and this smaller, older lady. You guys have the team!

Verdes on San Antonio is, in my opinion, the best dispensary in ABQ. Everything from cleanliness, atmosphere, and customer service to product quality is on point in every way. Wonka Bars is probably my favorite strain for day-time use and their Blueberry Dream indica helps me annihilate my insomnia and gives me a deep and restful sleep. I just could not be happier with their product! Also, Raelene (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is just the best. She ALWAYS greets the customers with a smile that is immediately recognizable as genuine and takes her time with you, making sure to answer all your questions accurately and honestly. I always leave Verdes feeling that much more informed and knowledgeable. Cheers! (Oh! And their rewards program is choice! 😎🤙🏼)

not as it used to be, say something and some do not understand...customer always right. Used to be 5 stars. went back and still not what it was before all the changes in staff. I patronized this store for the product but mostly because of the staff. Now one of the last, of my favorites, has left after years of employment. 5-10 minute wait at curbside and not as friendly. Kellie, Avie and now Nestor...sad they don't see the value of these people who were the ones we went to see...these are great employees and I believe more should have been done to keep them.

This place is absolutely amazing and the customer service is absolutely top notch. I spoke with Robert and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. I let him know what issues I was trying to soothe, as well as how I wanted to feel and what effects I wanted to avoid. He was very patient and kind while explaining the different products and flowers or beverages and edible options. They had an outstanding selection of products. I was absolutely impressed with my visit as well as my experience and the products that were recommended and what deeply helped me. Robert is absolutely outstanding and I cannot wait to visit again.
