This store is very nicely set up. It's very unfortunate that the people behind the counters are very rude and make you feel like you're a chore to help. Frankly, the pharmacy has been the worst experience I have ever had. The technician was a female who was not only rude to me but also to her co worker when asked a question. On top of feeling like a complete imposition I had a very lengthy wait for my prescription to be addressed... only to be told that what I needed wasn't available.

I'm not sure how everyone else had a bad experience here. I've been coming to this location since it opened. The Pharmacy is very understaffed yet they manage to get piles of medication ready. Not sure if some people called out sick yesterday because it looked like even the pharmacist helped out by checking people out. No one should have to be that stressed at work especially when it comes to filling medications because that's when mistakes happen. The manager should be fixing the understaffed issue at pharmacy. For the store, I've had nothing but good interactions with the employees.

This is a pretty good CVS Pharmacy. The drive-through Pharmacy is relatively quick but sometimes they take their time. Good spread items in the store my only gripe is 90% of the time there is nobody at the front cash register to check you out. However they did leave a push me button to summon a sales associate to check you out.

Update your business hours here on Google maps. I live on the other side of Madera, and I drove all the way here and just to find out that you guys are closed.

The worst pharmacy experience I have had. There is no concern for patient safety or welfare. The tech confirmed the prescription over the phone, but when the patient arrived for pick up, they were informed they didn’t have the correct dosage and couldn’t fill the prescription. This medication is important to the patients health and the pharmacy staff could have cared less. They were not trying to help the patient find a way to fill the prescription. It simply didn’t matter to them. This is not a pharmacy I would recommend to anyone. The support staff needs to be educated on the importance of their role in their patients heath. The tech hung up on me without answering when the patient could expect the medicine to be ready for pick up. This is horrible customer service. I will send patients to any other pharmacy. Madera residents deserve better than this.
