I was promptly greeted upon entering by Teighlor. She rang me out for my online order. She made sure I had all necessary items to use the product I had ordered as well as asked me if I wanted to use my points, which was great because I didn’t know I had any! Overall her disposition was VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and went as smoothly as it possibly could even though they are trying a new system with the online ordering! Shout out to all the employees at Embarc for implementing such systems with ease! Definitely a regular now.

Was in town and I'm happy i came across Embarc.. The whole experience from walking in and being greeted... but Andrew was awesome... gave me so much info and took the time to tell me bout the sales... will definitely come back next time I'm in town..

Riley knows her stuff. Told me about all the products, difference between them, and price points of each. She was super stoked on my decision which was awesome. And she even helped me out with the math for my change and her tip hahaha i work in retail so it was nice to feel taken care of in every way. 👊Riley

I felt comfortable and welcome the moment I walked in there. The staff was extraordinarily knowledgeable not only about the brand I was asking about but other brands as well. The store was very organized and considering I walked in just before closing the staff made sure I had plenty of time to choose and that I was rang out before the deadline. We then carried on about other non-related things in a cheerful friendly and personable environment I will definitely go back! Thank you melidee (I know I spelled your name wrong, but you DO deserve mad props❣️) 5 Stars across the board! Even the person that scans your ID to come in was warm and inviting and after a small chat I signed up for the club!

Lorraine was super helpful with my recent order! There was a slight hiccup with the system and she turned it into a positive and humorous experience. Definitely the type of vibes I enjoy during my early morning lunch break!

Blade helped me w my online order today, and he was awesome 😎 from hello! First of all he greeted me w a smile, and said my name! He also had an adorable hat on, and a great customer service personality to match! I told him my Mom was in the hospital 🏥 today having surgery, and Blade's encouraging words, and excellent customer service made the sun ☀️ shine a little brighter today! I tried to put in a late night order online and the app was having all kinds of issues. To avoid confusion and frustration, Jason was able to walk me through exactly what deals and products I was trying to find online. Jason even took the extra time to make sure I received my passport points!! Jason is an excellent associate and every member of the Embark are very good at handling customer service when the app crashes. Kudos to the team!!

Came here to check it out I was in the area and first time discount is a joke. It’s only 15% which is very misleading cause everywhere is saying 30%. When you spend over $100 you get to spin the wheel. But if you spend over $100 with a first time discount you don’t get to spin which again is very misleading. The people were nice and had good vibes but honestly never going again I spent that much so I can spin the wheel and even though my total was still over $100 after the discount I still couldn’t because I had a discount. You can find better dispos with better first time discounts and less tax I definitely do not recommend going here.
