This place is great. Mason just provided the best customer service I've had at any business in years. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, listened and provided an excellent solution for my needs. Mason was determined to make sure I left happy.
Xhale City also has awesome holiday sales and a customer appreciation program that will save u extra $. I highly recommend!!!

After many years of frequent visits, something has changed in the recent months. Prices are still good, but the personnel just aren't the same. It feels as if I'm a burden when visiting, interrupting whatever they were doing. Asking how a flavor is and getting a response of "Idk, it's on the box."
