Thumbs down for me. In these vulnerable times for small business owners customer service is essential and their customer service is rated a one. You would think a small business owner would have A+ customer service towards the buyer. So the buyer will return however; in this store’s case I will not be returning plus there is no need. I visited this place because I am new to the products they sell and needed to know more about the product. On the contrary, the lady that was in store was not informative at all nor was she or the man friendly even after I told her I was new to the product she just pointed to one product although the store is full of an array of merchandise. Now because I did like the product that I did buy I decided to do my own research and found out this store is way overpriced and since their customer service is not inviting I can simply cut out the middle man and get better priced products and better customer service elsewhere. Had their customer customer been on point I would have returned. Business owners 101 there is always someone else who is selling what you sell. The essential difference is your service skills.

Went here to purchase some wraps. The individual ringing me up tried to be slick (in my opinion) charging me $2.00 more a pack than the price listed on the box. Even if it was a raise in the prices due to the pandemic you tell someone that before check out preferably when they ask about the product. Not as I’m about to slide my debit card. Thank God I looked at the price before I swiped. I won’t be visiting again I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken advantage of

This shop has a really good collection. Extremely professional, friendly and experienced staff. I would highly recommend this store. One staff over there Sabina she is such an amazing person, she makes us feel like home. Please visit this store for a wonderful experience.

I DO NOT recommend shopping here. First time shopping, and I was ripped off for a $270 vape that only retails online for $57.99. Second, the owner refused to give me a receipt for the overpriced item that I purchased. And last but not least, the vape I purchased broke and the store owner refused me a refund or an exchange only after a week’s time. The lady was rude and unpleasant. She said her store is not responding for the manufacture warranty

They sell 0.99 labeled cigars for $1.79 then tell you taxing 7.7% keeping your $2. The cigar clearly says $0.99. The tells me their receipts aren't printing out. How convenient?!? You guys are ripping people off and then had the nerve to be rude when i said taxes is actually 6%. Do not shop here. If you do count your coins. They are skimming pennies off customers. Is this even legal??
