The service here is usually great We drive out of our way to come here!! I’m only writing this review to give a shout out to Clark all the staff are cool but this one is for Clark !! He has amazing customer service , very knowledgeable on the products , always friendly and smiling and every time I need a suggestion or advice on a product he gives an honest answer. Anytime I go home with a suggestion from him I am not let down and it’s as described by him. Keep up the great work it’s always a joy working with you

Came all the way from Florida traveling with my significant other and am new to going into dispensaries and it is a nerve racking experience especially being someone from Florida. The receptionist was a sweetheart. But the women in the back are very rude my spouse and I walked in the back area confused because it took the employee a few minutes to ask us to come up and there was one other customer in there busy with the other employee. So I said “ excuse me, I have a question?” Because I wasn’t sure if we just grabbed the items and brought them up like other places or just ordered with the employee at the counter. But I was ignored and looked at like I was interrupting. I was finally asked to come forward with my spouse. I wasn’t sure on what I wanted just for the girl to roll her eyes and get confused that I was asking for a disposable I seen on the iPad at front counter with the receptionist before coming to the back that was for 30$ but she didn’t know what I was talking about and was like “ well idk, but this is affordable and a good everyday use “ that she used it personally and showed me but it wasn’t what I was looking for, so I asked to see the iPad to try and find the one I was looking at because I didn’t have much time to look.She just seemed aggravated as she passed over another iPad to see if I can find it and I couldn’t and was just going to settle with the one she chose but she asked if I was sure to look again if I’d like but after all that I didn’t even want to be in there. I did end up looking again and found the one I was talking about finally. My spouse paid and basically when she gave change back she threw the quarters in his hands instead of just giving it to him. I get it ppl have hard days but no need for attitudes, not everyone is used to this experience. The place was pretty cute overall and prices were fair but not stopping by in the future I’ll go else where.

Don't understand why I have to take the sack when I bought one item. The guy chased the car down to give me my empty sack after I set it down didn't appreciate that told me I was littering and he could have literally threw the bag in the trash itself won't get any more of my business i promise you !!!!

Mora was friendly and knowledgeable about products available. She gave her honest personal opinion, which I appreciate. They got me in and out quick and I left feeling good about my experience. Thank you Mora.

My jar looked like it had been open or someone twisted the cap because when went to open it the seal was broken. Then when I open it the inside seal was not on properly. Why was inside looked ok. But kind of not cool. Can’t really take it back So the next I got a call from Derek saying they were sorry about what happened. He said would make it right if I was not comfortable with the product but I found nothing to be wrong with it. I appreciated the response! Great service!

Jackson was so helpful and knowledgeable. I live North of the River but drove to Raymore to Codes for their great people and products. I hope they open more in KC area soon!!

Lovely first impression so far! Looked online beforehand for what I wanted, which they did have and gave me a first time discount! I I got a great cart and super tasty Codes pre-roll, which I'd definitely like to try both of again. For sure going to visit again in the future

Me and my wife often come in to the store to get products. All the employees are great but on this particular day Jordan was fantastic with helping us and our needs. We appreciate Jordan for assisting us. Two thumbs up. The employees that you will get are random as you come in the door but I really hope that we get to experience codes with Jordan again.

First time at Codes dispensary. Great place. Jordan was a great help. Got a whole OZ for $204 and change with my first time 10% discount. Definitely will be coming back.
