I walk past this location everyday as I go to the gym next to it. This store is hardly ever open on time. It's currently 1123 on Saturday. Closed. It's already the latest opening vape store on the block, the least you can do is actually be open.

This shop is the best vape shop in Colorado Springs. The customer service is awesome. I can not say enough good things about the way they treat their customers. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We live up in Divide and frequent their shop in Woodland Park. The customer service is the same in Woodland. We actually went to this shop in the Springs just because of that reason.

I have been going to this amazing place for over a year for my mods, tanks, RDA’s and etc. Never did I have any issues with anything I have bought from this place. Any questions I have had about it was answered by their staff. The atmosphere is very professional and relaxed. They also have these friendly doggies that help guard their store which is totally awesome! I’m there quite often and each time I go in I always get greeted. They are respectful and super helpful to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. The prices are fair and they also have a rewards program too when making a purchase from them as well. All of their mods are legit and not from some whack vendor that sells crooked stuff. They have plenty of variety of everything in their store which is a plus. I definitely recommend for people to go check them out! 5 stars for certain! 😊

The absolute best vape shop in town for sure. The owners of this place are amazing. I have been a customer for over two years now they work with me all the time to make sure that they have the juice I want. I am very picky and they always make sure to have some because they know I’m coming in Could give them 10 stars I would.

They have been my go to for a few years now. I really like this place. They have the Glas Juices I want and literally all the Valerian 2 & 3 coils. I highly recommend Vapor Bay. Not just for their products but their customer service too. Doors a little hard to open, don't embarrass yourself like I do.
