I call the store to ask a question about an edible they might sell and on the other side of the phone I was met with silence until I said “Hello??” The woman responds with “Yeah?”. No phone etiquette. I instantly hung up. Bad first impression, and hopefully their in store customer service doesn’t match that.

I haven't left a review in years. But I felt compelled to let people know they should shop somewhere else. I encountered an extremely rude staff member who actually flexed on me 😅🤣.
