Excellent customer service, friendly staff, epic deals. Savannah and Sam were awesome folks, very kind and helpful. They both explained everything I asked about perfectly and understandably. I haven't tried the flower yet, but the people are awesome! To Management: please install a few tip jars!! Everywhere else has them, it's just good practice! Especially for such effective and awesome staff, seriously, Savannah rules.

recently visited Surterra Dispensary for the second time and had a fantastic experience. The quality of their products is exceptional, especially the 1:1 THC/CBD mentholated balm for pain, which has been incredibly effective.
Despite the crowds, the service is impressively fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with Liam standing out for his exceptional assistance. He was able to answer all my questions and provide insightful recommendations.
The atmosphere of the dispensary is welcoming and clean, making the overall experience very pleasant. I highly recommend Surterra to anyone looking for high-quality medical marijuana products and top-notch service.
