Let me start by saying this is a 5 star review to Sky and all of the associates at Surterra who constantly show patience knowledge and professionalism any time I visit, which is often largely due to the people at the location.
This is however a 1 star review for the company that has decided these associates are not allowed to receive tips, which is an industry standard. This is an awful business practice which will turn off both your customers and the great staff you have managed to acquire. There is no need for it and it makes me second guess giving you my business.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the budtender's name that helped me on the 19th of June, but he was exceptional! This location is charming and definitely not like the big chains it seems. It was spotlessly clean, well organized and easy to find what I was looking for. I felt like I received personal attention from the moment I walked in the door. I did place my order online which was ready within minutes. I will definitely be back

I have had delivery for couple years now and have been very pleased. You dropped your delivery recently to 100.00. But you don’t deliver to my house that is about 10 miles. I am 66. Please reconsider this. Sincerely Elizabeth royals.

First thing I care about is how fast I can be acknowledged, not attended to but acknowledged. Amber did that immediately as I walked in and was very helpful. Providing a seamless experience with great energy.
Shame on the business for not allowing tips. People feel grateful because of the employees in your business as they are the face of YOUR business. Let them have some side money.
It'll do you no harm. Also those pre rolls. Wow how bad can weed taste???

My First time shopping here was an amazing experience. Great vibes once you’re through the door. My budtender Raven was awesome. She was beyond helpful in guiding me through available treatments.
